WORKSHOP | Stress Management – Wednesday 11 March 17.00 – 20.00

Are you having difficulties finding a good balance between study and leisure time? In this workshop you look for your own stress signals and you get tools to keep stress under control. You also learn in what way good time management helps you to find a better balance between studying hard and feeling well.
We will look into your habits when under stress and discuss coping mechanisms. Next to this, you will get an insight in the physiological circle of stress and the effects on your body and mind. With instruments out of cognitive behavioral therapy you will find your own way to diminish these effects and lead a more balanced, happier life.
Maddy Meijers is a health care psychologist, cognitive behavioral therapist and client centered therapist. She is specialized in emotion focused therapy for individual treatments. She works as a UM Psychologist since 2004.
