Nowadays we are not moving enough, our daily lives overwhelm us with tons of input and information and we forget who we really are and what we really want. As a consequence, we are not able to channel our energies to a high performance to reach our goals.
Creating the body and mind of a Superhero means re-discovering traditional and ancient techniques like breathing and movement together with the newest tools of coaching, visioning and mind-body alignment in order to reach your full potential and optimal performance towards your goals.
This workshop will teach you the basics for creating a powerful mind in a healthy body in order to make you feel good while enhancing your energy, focus and stamina.

Germano Giansante, founder of Be Your Superhero is health coach, sociologist and triathlete. Formerly product manager and consultant, he is now working as movement coach on an individual level and for companies improving people and organization’s productivity and performance.
