Job Requirements for Graduates
Are you interested to learn which competences are required in which job profiles? Would you like to know which search terms you should use best to find your ideal job? During this presentation, you will learn more about the required skills and competences asked by employers. The findings are based on an analysis of Indeed job advertisements and are split between (IB) specialisations. After this lecture, you will have gained knowledge that can help you in further defining required competences that might need improvement, writing your CV and Cover Letter or searching for your dream job.
Jan Nijhuis is an educational researcher and policy advisor. He is involved in defining learning objectives for the bachelor’s and master’s programmes at SBE. As member of the assessment committee, he analyses the relationship between the learning objectives and the assessment format. Furthermore, Jan conducts the Bachelor Monitor. A survey, in which bachelor graduates report the evaluation of the programme, their position after graduation and the fit between acquired and required
